Not worth the money... October 12, 2008 Future Texas Teacher (San Antonio, Texas United States) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought this book because I needed some review of material for the TExES, but all this book contains is basic definitions and no practice problems. The formatting is the title from the table of contents, with a paragraph describing it below. If all you need is definitions, then you may like it. But when I think of a study guide, I want specifics and practice--this book has neither. The free downloadable manual on the ETS website is much better, and from there I would just find an old textbook to brush up on what information you feel you are missing.
