Customer Reviews:
Expensive and Unusable October 18, 2007 SPC Practitioner (Singapore) Its the most expensive book I ever bought which costs me a bomb and the worst book I ever read in my entire life completely with no returns. The contents were very misleading which seem to cover a wide range of topics but in actual they were very brief (some topics were only half a page). The references after each chapter had more pages than the chapter itself. I could hardly understand what was written which was very theoretical and most of it cannot be applied at my workplace even given that I had almost 12 years of practica experience in statistical process control. This book is definitely not written for practitioners. I only wish I could have my money back so that I could get buy three other better books.
