From the supplier: The CMSX-11B and CMSX-11C single-crystal superalloys exhibit good fatigue strength at high-temperature/stress conditions and excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance. The CMSX-11B superalloy is composed of 12.5% chromium while CSMX-11C is composed of 14.5% chromium. The alloys are also composed of moderate amounts of molybdenum, tungsten and low levels of cobalt for microstructural stability. Furthermore, the superalloys are designed for industrial gas turbine blades and vane components due to their high temperature/stress-rupture strength.
