Product Description Questions and answers encompass four general statistics-based themes on 400 flash cards: exploratory analysis, planning a study, probability, and statistical inference. 320 cards present multiple-choice questions and 80 more present free-response questions. All reflect question types and degree of difficulty found on the AP exam. This boxed set of 4 1/2" x 2 3/4" flash cards is designed with a punch hole in one corner of each card. The hole will accommodate a metal key-ring-style card holder enclosed with the cards. Using the holder, students can arrange the flash cards for their Q and A sessions in any sequence that suits their needs?perhaps by general topic, or alternately by leaving out cards with questions and answers that test takers already know well.

Teacher Review: Fabulous test prep for student self study April 18, 2008 Jane K. Viau (New York, NY) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My students each have their own set of flashcards, and they are reporting that the cards are enormously helpful. The set includes 400 questions - both multiple choice and free response. The questions mimick the content and level of difficulty on the actual AP Statistics exams. The back of each card contains the solution with complete explanation. Each card has a small hole punched in it, and the set comes with a key ring. The students have found the cards very mobile and they take them everywhere they go and utilize all their free moments to study for the exam! I feel that my students will be better prepared this year than ever before thanks to this new study tool!
Useful for teachers or students of AP Statistics May 15, 2008 John Kinnane (Jenison, MI USA) I teach AP Statistics and found these to be very good questions, and LOTS of them! The downside from a teacher perspective is that on a small card there is not much you can do with them for a full class or group of students. As a student I think these would be a GREAT addition to any review for the exam, especially with the detailed solutions on the back.
Not for beginning statistics. April 25, 2008 Dexbet (Colchester, Vermont United States) Not for beginning statistics. For college level only. This product is not a learning aid as much as it is a reinforcement tool for what the student has already learned.
