I am a VB programmer and needed to learn FrontPage 98 for a client as fast as possible. I read the reviews of the book and bought it. Within a few days I felt like an expert web designer. I highly recommend this book to anyone with some experience with Windows, browsing the Internet and MSWord. The book is very well organized, clear, has excellent examples and is very easy reading...living up to its title.

I work as a computer professional, so my viewpoint may be skewed, however, I believe that this book is fantastic. I needed to learn how to use Frontpage in a very short time, and this book helped me to figure out the functionality of the software, and to dive into deeper waters. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to learn Frontpage on the fly.

This is a great book for the absolute novice, but if you're computer savy at all I'd skip this one. The entire book could be an introduction chapter in any other manual. All the topics are touched on, spoon-feed really. If you've never touched FP and don't have a clue this is the book for you!

Step by step instruction of all tasks plus clearly communicating pictures, which save me a lot of reading. You can finish this book in hours and have enough knowledge to start to design your own web page.

I have been trying to use frontpage by myself without any help but it didn't work as I expected. Finally, I made a trip to the bookstore and found this book. It is full of information that I didn't even know that it is possible to create without knowing Java or VB. If you are a visual person like me who wants a book to show you step by step instructions with lots of pictures and diagrams instead of nonsense, this book is definitely for you.
