This book has good theoretical foundation. The "hands-on" step-by-step exericise is very good. It can be used in the classroom for self-teaching. It is the older version, based upon Microsoft Office 2003.
As you know, the MS Vista Operating System and MS Office 2007 are now available. Many companies are upgrading now.
