Not by any measure an easy read (no pun intended). This not a high level introduction to analysis, so expect to put quite a bit of effort. Most of the proofs are merely outlined, so familiarity with deriving your own proofs is a must if you want to get the most out of this text. The notation is a bit confusing at times, so it is probably better as a detailed review book than as a first book on the subject. As the title implies, it builds from the ground up, and even some basic set theory proofs are part of the exercises in the first chapter. It'd suggest it for upper-year mathematics majors and above ...
