The book arrived at the time one day before I hoped. The book was also clean enough. The seller is deserved to 5+ stars.
Classic piece in numerical analysis. November 7, 2002 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
This is a classic piece in numerical analysis. The book is normally very hard to get hand on. The sections on discretization schemes and ODEs are excellent. Not an in-depth book but an overview book. Does not cover late developments. Dahlquist has made significant and well known contributions to ODE solver theory. The origin is the department for numerical analysis at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden ... A second edition is reportedly under way.
