Im in High School and i amd about to take the regents exam and i feel as if i know everything i need to know. My teacher was the one who recomended this book to me so that i could practice. I have been taking the tests everyday and its helped me sooo much. If you sit down and take the test as if you were really taking the regents, you will know what the regents feels like. Because these are real questions from the regents, it helps so much. Trust me, you NEED to get this book if you want to do well on the regents.
