This was required for an Algebra class & it was the worse format I've ever seen. If you are directly out of H.S. & entering college you'll have no problems, this will bore you. If your not familiar with the subject matter & are actually trying to learn new material this book will confuse you by throwing strange terms & characters at you without explination. You either have to search for answers to your questions, ask a professor or simply give up. The majority of the pages are covered with math problems to work, quizes, tests, etc. But you only have the answers to the odd numbered problems. There isn't enough time in any semester or any LIFE to do all those problems! A waste of paper & VERY POORLY CONSTRUCTED!
