Product Description McConnell and Brues Macroeconomics: Principles, Problems, and Policies is the leading Principles of Macroeconomics textbook because it is innovative and teaches students in a clear, unbiased way. The 17th Edition builds upon the tradition of leadership by sticking to 3 main goals: help the beginning student master the principles essential for understanding the economizing problem, specific economic issues, and the policy alternatives; help the student understand and apply the economic perspective and reason accurately and objectively about economic matters; and promote a lasting student interest in economics and the economy.

one of the better micro texts August 24, 2008 Kle I. 1 out of 4 found this review helpful
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R1H2ERVQLG5VOK This is one of the better textbooks I have on the subject. One will have to put the time in but the book does a good job explaining concepts. If I may suggest something that has helped my studies greatly, a little book called Don't Like to Read, Then Don't, Listen!: How to Turn Any Type of Text Into Audio Files That Can Be Read to You!. I know that many students out there are like me and would rather listen to material than have to read it themselves. I use programs like the one that is reading this review to have my texts read to me. This is a god send for me. One can get this title on amazon.
